Fix Touch does not work on Samsung J7 Pro (J730G, J730GM) when updating Android 8.1

Hi my friends,

Recently, my Samsung J7 Pro phone updated to Android 8.1 and touch does not work.I have found and fixed the bug, and I want to share it with you. Follow my post.

BYPASS FRP:
The first condition is FRP must OFF , if ON you have to login your google account or you need to follow the following steps:

1. Download and install Samsung driver : SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.zip (15.3MB)
2. Download last version (supported Android 8): Odin 3.13.1
3. Download and flash combination rom J730G (binary 5): COMBINATION_OXA_FA70_J730GDXU5ARI1.rar (423M)
4. Then, open IME app on Home Screen and type *#0808# > choose (DM + ACM + ADB) > Reboot
5. Power off your phone > reboot to Download Mode and flash full rom (binary 5), but select only 3 files: BL - AP - HOME_CSC (J730GDXU5BRI3_J730GOLB5BRI3_XXV_8.1_FULL.zip -
6. After pass, your phone will reboot. Using OTG + mouse to activate to Home screen > go to Settings > Factory reset

FIX TOUCH DOES NOT WORK:
I. Turn ON "OEM Unlock" in "Developer Options"
Using OTG + Mouse, go to Setting > Developer options > OEM Unlock. If OEM Unlock is hiding or RMM State: Prenormal*(in Download Mode), you need to:

1. Power off and reboot to Download Mode
2. Download and run Miracle tool (run in .rar file): Miracle_Box-227-chuan.rar
3. Choose Samsung*tab > tick to Reset Reactivation/EE Locks > click*Start Button > tool will show All Done...
   
   
4. Your phone will be stuck on the Download Mode > press Power + Home + Volume Down > your phone will reboot to error screen:
   
   
5. Open Odin and flash full rom (J730GDXU5BRI3_J730GOLB5BRI3_XXV_8.1_FULL.zip: BL - AP - CP - CSC
6. Final, turn ON "OEM Unlock" in "Developer options"

II. Flash TWRP and fix rom

1. Open Odin and select TWRP at AP > Start:*twrp_3.2.1_1_sm-j730gm_16318.tar
2. Download and copy zip rom to SD Card:*SuperStock_Final_Nougat_Version_@gaganbajwa@xdadevelopers.zip (1,1G)
3. Reboot your phone to Recovery (TWRP) > Wipe data > flash zip rom > pass

Whenever I'm in Twrp recovery the unlock button does not slide to the end, it stops halfway.

So basically, the right-half of my screen does not work in twrp

bro flash combination file u5...just choose param.cm.nad_fw,nad_refer,recovery n cache,,,,phon will stuck on samsung logo,,,,,n then go download mood n flash twrp....its working..

even suspended the updates until correct this ****
updates for Brazil and South america no date scheduled
This proves that the j7 pro's led touch is not so exactly professional kkk

Due to the problems presented on the touch screen screens of the j7 pro I recommend everyone to be careful when upgrading their devices to android 8.1. Whoever is happy in android 7.1.1 is still happy. The differences of the operating systems are not so relevant to update. I recommend everyone who can wait a little longer due to the problems in the touch of china kkk. I am using a hybrid rom samsung 8.1 deodex. ** The news of Oreo include wifi speed test, emojs standardized, browsers will have more security mechanisms; Burger and beer emoji fixes It will be possible to see the battery level of devices that are connected via Bluetooth and that are connected to the smartphone; The novelties are not exactly many, but it is noteworthy I personally recommend caution, because samsung used an alligator eye screen on the device kkk

I'm using that rom that is running the 7pro fix forums and I noticed that it is not connected in the 4G. users from other countries here in South America are complaining about this. What rom are you good at? if you can pass the link of the rom you use.

I'm Brazilian but the forum only accepts conversations in English, so I ask you, is 4G on your cell phone working normal? I'm using that rom that is running the 7pro fix forums and I noticed that it is not connected in the 4G. users from other countries here in South America are complaining about this. What rom are you good at? if you can pass the link of the rom you use.

Official Oreo 8.1 with kernel Helios 2.5
Using too twrp and magisk
My 4G is perfect

I recomend kernel helios 2.5 to ROMs 8.1
Your problem probably is imei
Test the other ROM lineage
If network runs perfectly the problem is only Orei Official
If no the problem is imei

I think that is Imei cuz I installed the ROM FireHound and had the same problem.

First option restore twrp backup of EFS ...
If dont have backup. but have your original IMEI no, try editing IMEI (search google how to)

Second option
had the same problem with my Note 5.
First, use TWRP backup, all partitions including efs & modem.
Open the root explorer app, open the efs folder, delet the files named nv_data.bin
, nv_data.bin.md5 & the folder called imei.
Then open twrp, wipe all partitions.
Flash the latest firmware with Odin.
Signal is back and "NG" is gone. Reply for me
Analyzing your problem i see possible database
Of EFS is corrupted test and reply
This method tested with others users

I have fix a lot them, but 2 pieces after fix display is low light, but whem i flash oreo again work normal, the light off course, no touch.
